Vicki Strachan, CPA, EPA

Vicki graduated from Swansea University in 1992 with a first class honours degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, and worked as a patent examiner at the UK Intellectual Property Office for 2 years. She then started training as a patent attorney and qualified in 1998. Vicki has over 30 years’ experience working with entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes, helping them to secure patent and design protection for their innovation. Whilst she has experience in a vast array of different mechanical and electrical/electronic fields, she has particular expertise with digital and data communications, telecommunications, computer-implemented and software-based inventions, AI and machine learning technologies, and consumer products.
In her spare time, Vicki likes to run, go to the gym, exercise her three collies, sketch and paint, and has recently taken up skipping!
Rhianna Faye

Part-qualified trade mark attorney
Rhianna is a qualified Patent and Trade Mark Paralegal, with over 10 years’ experience working within intellectual property - of which 6 years have involved working closely with our CEO, Vicki Strachan.
In 2023, Rhianna completed a degree in Psychology and passed with distinction. She has aspirations to become a qualified UK Trade Mark Attorney, and she is now part-qualified, having recently successfully completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law.
In her spare time Rhianna enjoys family board game nights, long walks with her Romanian rescue dog and playing netball. She is also a very enthusiastic supporter of her son’s football team!
