Meet the Team

Vicki Strachan, CPA, EPA
Chartered Patent Attorney and CEO

We work hard to ensure that you understand the value we are adding to your business, and to try and avoid any nasty surprises. We believe that regular communication is key, and we are committed to developing a close working relationship with you. You do not need to be afraid to pick up the phone or drop us an email with questions, comments or concerns for fear of receiving a bill for our time. We aim to ensure that you not only know of, and have approved, any billable work we do for you, but also that you understand clearly what you can expect in return and where that fits in terms of value within your business model. Even with procedural or formal matters that cannot be avoided, we work hard to ensure that you know what to expect, approximately when and at what cost.
